1.63 TYPE B PERSONALITY -- PSYCHOLOGY ABUSE TERMS, CONCEPTS

==== Type B personality

MEANING: The opposite of a Type A personality (above). They tend to be laid back, calm, easy going and not in a hurry. This is not a personality disorder, it is a personality type. Such a person will function well in low pressure jobs and but not do well in situations where a Type A Personality would thrive.

RELEVANCE TO ABUSE: If you are a Type B personality married to a Type A, it can appear to be an abusive relationship but this one can probably be fixed. The Type A will have to mellow out a bit and the Type B move a bit faster.
